Laughter – A positive sensation to improve the quality of life. To make a physical, physiological, and social relationship healthy laughter is the best option. Stern competitions in the modern world stress the quality of life which has a negative impact on an individual’s mental health.  Several studies have proved the therapeutic benefits of laughter in mental health (Jong Eun Yim, 2016). The deadliest disease usually untreated is depression, where neurotransmitters in the brain such as serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine get reduced thereby the mood control circuit of the brain gets affected. When an individual is in a depressed mood or uncomfortable, laughter helps in the secretion of endorphins. Furthermore, laughter is involved in the reversal of stress response by decreasing the levels of dopamine, epinephrine, growth hormone, and cortisol. It has been found that laughter yoga reduces the cortisol response to acute stress in healthy individuals (Meier et al., 2021). Thus laughter can mitigate the stress effects.  Life is a one-time gift – hence be happy always, despite the daily struggle every individual has to face, try to make the environment in which you are associated the most pleasant and peaceful one. Laughter – the only medicine that has the ability to cure or prolong the effects of any disease/problem. Laugh out, loud laugh from within…..
